On Wednesday, February 5, 2025, The National Authority for Combating Drugs (NACD) organized a workshop on the repercussions of drug and vape use at their Toul Kork Campus. Hosting a workshop on drug use prevention is an effective method to educate and raise awareness about the dangers and consequences of drug abuse. Key points covered in the workshop included understanding drug abuse, discussing the nature of drug use disorders, the types of commonly abused drugs, and their effects on the body and mind. Additionally, the workshop shared evidence-based strategies for preventing drug use, which included promoting life skills, social skills, and family skills.
